• Back To School 2014-2015 School Registration Information
    Registration dates  and times are available on each campus' website.

    If you are new to the Ponder community, the following items are needed to register new students to our school district:
    • Birth Certificate (official copy from county of birth -- hospital certificates are NOT official copies)
    • Immunization Records
    • Social Security Card
    • Report Card From Last School (not needed for Pre-K or Kindergarten)
    • Proof of Residence (utility bill, lease agreement, closing papers)

  • UIL UIL A+ Academic Camp
    We are super excited to announce that Ponder Elementary will host the first UIL A+ Academic Camp for incoming second, third, fourth, and fifth grade students. The camp is designed to provide students an opportunity to study and prepare for specific competitions within the UIL A+ Academic program.  The registration has been extended!

    • Dates: August 4-8, 2014
    • Time: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
    • Registration Fee: $60.00
    • Incoming 2nd-5th Grade Students

    Registration is easy! Please complete the camp registration form and return it to the front office with payment.

  • Meet the Lions
    Come out and "meet the Lions" on Friday, August 15, 2014.  Join the students from band, cheerleading, football, and volleyball for this annual event.  It all begins at 6:30 pm at the football stadium.

  • Ponder ISD Administration Summer Hours
    The Ponder ISD Administration Building will have modified operational hours during the summer months.  From June 9 - August 15, 2014 the administration offices will be open for business at the following times:
    • Monday - Thursday:  8 am to 3 pm
    • Friday:  8 am to 12 pm

  • Calendar New School Year Begins Monday, August 25
    As the summer break comes to an end, the staff of Ponder ISD are eagerly awaiting the beginning of a new school year.  Classes begin on Monday, August 25, 2014 for all students.  For more information, contact the office your child's campus.

  • EZSchoolPay Available To Parents
    Once again this school year parents can view purchase and credit details online for their child's cafeteria transactions via a service known as EZSchoolPay.  Through this portal, parents can see the quantity and types of items students are purchasing both at breakfast and lunch as well as view their child's account balance.  Additionally, parents can also choose to have a notification email sent whenever their child's account balance drops below an amount specified by the parent.  Both of these services are free.  As always, if a parent chooses to make deposits online, a service charge fee is incurred.  For more details, view the EZSchoolPay information page.
