My name is Joey Waldo and I’m so excited to be a part of Ponder High School this school year.  I have been an educator for 24 years.  I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.  I completed my Master’s Degree at West Texas A&M University. 

I have been married to Stephanie for 20 years.  She works as a flight attendant for American Airlines.  We have 2 sons:  Spencer who is a Junior and Rylan a 7^th grader. I enjoy Texas Ranger baseball, golf  and any other sport, especially sports in which our sons are involved.  

My family and I look forward to not only becoming part of Ponder ISD but also a part of the Ponder community as a whole.
