The Ponder ISD technology department is responsible for maintaining a stable network infrastructure as well as equipment that allows students, employees, and community members access to the various technological resources. These resources include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Electronic gradebook & attendance system

Additionally, the technology department is responsible for managing and repairing all computers, printers, and peripheals within the District; training staff on the use of resources and software available to them; updating the District's long range technology plan; completing all required paperwork for the federally funded E-Rate program; and evaluating and implementing new technology initiatives.
