Follow up to 8/31 posting about wrist bandsPosted by Shawn Simmons at 10/19/2011 Ponder High School has joined with our students to support Breast Cancer Awareness by purchasing school appropriate wristbands from the Susan G. Komen Foundation. These wrist bands are pink and say "Imagine life without breast cancer." Students may trade-in less appropriate wrist bands or purchase this item in the office. PHS encourages students to support women as a whole in the battle of cancer rather than minimizing the disease to its impact on a single body part.
