C.H. Collins Complex to Host Class of 2021 Commencement Ceremonies
C.H. Collins Athletic Complex in Denton will serve as the host venue for Ponder ISD's 2020-21 graduation ceremony. PISD's graduation will take place Monday, May 24th, at 7:00 PM. The stadium seating capacity of 12,000 provides PISD a venue with ample space, to meet state and local social distancing requirements during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Having our high school seniors celebrate a traditional graduation ceremony with their closest family and friends is the goal. This year’s ceremony will largely mirror traditional proceedings, though face coverings and socially distanced seating remain a requirement at this time.
Logistical information about the graduation ceremony will be disseminated in the coming weeks through proper PISD communications. Thank you to all of our students and families for your flexibility and support during this time; we appreciate you!
