COVID-19 Update (3/23/20):
Students and parents,I hope you and your families are safe and healthy during this time. I miss all of my students so much. Unfortunately, there will be no required assignments for my Spanish classes at this time. However, I want to encourage all my students (and their families!) to continue practicing their Spanish skills until we go back to regular classes. On this website and on Google Classroom, I have attached a document with a list of great resources to use to continue practicing your Spanish. Please stay tuned as I will continue to post links and videos both on this website and on Classroom. I will also still be posting a new song on Classroom every Wednesday for Musica Miercoles (Music Wednesdays- a tradition in my class).
All students in my classes have both DuoLingo and SenorWooly.com accounts and I encourage you to use these to practice your Spanish. If any parent would like specific lessons or assignments for their child to work on, please let me know- I have lots I can send you! Email me at email@example.com.
Please stay home, stay safe, work hard, and wash your hands!! Abrazos a todos (hugs to all)!Ms. Davis___________________________________
¡Bienvenidos! Welcome to my Spanish class! My name is Heather Davis and this is my fourth year teaching Spanish at Ponder High School! I’m so excited to dive into the world of language with my students this year. Language has always been a passion of mine, and I hope to make learning Spanish as fun and exciting for my students as it is for me!
