PEIMS (Public Education Information Management System)
The PEIMS department is responsible for processing student records such as enrollment, grades, credits, attendance, student tranfers, etc. as required by the Texas Education Agency, the state-wide PEIMS system, and local District policy. This department utilizes the Ascender student information system computer software to maintain the data for all the students within the Ponder Independent School District. Mr. Shawn Simmons oversees all of PEIMS as Director of Support Services.
