    The human resources department is responsible for overseeing various aspects of the employment of district personnel.  Ponder ISD must comply with various federal and state laws governing the employment of staff members.  Furthermore, as a public school entity, the District must ensure that staff members maintain proper certifications, continuing education credits, etc. as required by law.  The human resources department works closely with business services personnel in regards to administering employment benefits.  Please direct your Human Resource questions to humanresources@ponderisd.net.

    Address Change/Request  Form:  The business office wants to keep accurate and up-to-date information on all staff members.  In order to help us in the process we would ask that all staff members keep an accurate and current home residence on file with our office.  If you have changed addresses recently or you have moved within the last year we will need you to submit this form.  Please allow two business days to process this information.
