• On January 29, 2019 the Distirct became aware of a configuration error made by a third party during a recent software upgrade for txConnect. This led to alerts not being generated and delivered to parents who had enabled text or email alerts from within the txConnect parent portal. Although all the student data was accuratelly displayed once a user logged into the txConnect portal, parents were not receiving alerts as they were previously. We apologize for the error. The misconfiguration has now been corrected and alerts are indeed being generated once again.

    Welcome to txConnect -- the online parent portal provided by Ponder ISD . By logging on to txConnect, parents can view their child's academic progress at any time. Communication and parental involvement is vital to each student's success. We hope that this online access will allow parents the opportunity to keep up with their student's progress on a more frequent basis.

    To begin using txConnect, the parents or legal guardians must visit their child's campus in person to obtain a parent portal letter which contains a unique parent portal ID for their child along with specific directions for registering. Please note that PPCD, Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade classes do not utilize an electronic gradebook. Therefore parents of students in those grades will not be able to view academic grades online. However the attendance features will still be accessible.
