The Ponder High School cheer team received a Ponder 44 shoutout from a football fan who shared this about what they’ve seen from the home bleachers:
“I have been to countless football games at many schools throughout the last 20 years, cheering on many different schools. Sitting on the home side of the bleachers, you get a front row view of the cheerleaders. I have never been more impressed than I am with the Ponder High School cheer team. They are ALWAYS smiling, ALWAYS in their assigned spot on the track, and ALWAYS showing their team spirit! None of their smiles looked forced and they genuinely look happy to be there supporting the team! Also, they are always ready as soon as the next band chant starts! This says a lot about the cheer coach/sponsor and the team as a whole!”
Thank you to the PHS cheer team and their coach/sponsor for showing what L | Leads with Purpose looks like on Friday nights! 🦁❤️
