SCHOOL CLOSURE | TUESDAY, AUGUST 25

Due to a water service issue impacting the Town of Ponder and the resulting boil water notice, Ponder ISD will be closed Tuesday, August 25.

The safety and well-being of our students and staff is always a top priority. Without reliable water service, we are unable to fully operate our campuses, safely provide meals, and meet the needs of our students throughout the school day.

Athletics, fine arts, and other extracurricular activities: Coaches, directors, and sponsors will communicate directly with students and families regarding practices, events, and other scheduled activities for Tuesday, August 25.

Ponder Elementary Curriculum Night scheduled for Tuesday evening is also canceled.

Additional information regarding Curriculum Night will be shared with families at a later time.
